WHO I AM
Over the past 4+ years I was with Brokerlink as a Workforce Analyst. In my role as Workforce Analyst at BrokerLink Insurance, I was responsible for overseeing and optimizing workforce operations for the Atlantic Division, ensuring both customer satisfaction and internal efficiency. My work covered the full spectrum of workforce management, from long-range capacity planning to real-time intraday adjustments, allowing the division to consistently meet service level expectations and maintain operational stability.
One of my proudest accomplishments was helping the Atlantic Division achieve reliable and consistent service level performance. By balancing accurate forecasting, capacity planning, and intraday monitoring, I ensured that staffing was aligned with demand and that service interruptions were minimized. This not only supported our frontline teams but also safeguarded the customer experience.
I was also accountable for workforce management projects and ticket requests, delivering them within strict turnaround times. Whether it involved schedule adjustments, data analysis, or strategic recommendations, I maintained a high level of accuracy and timeliness that leadership and frontline teams could depend on.
My scope extended beyond forecasting and scheduling to include phone routing and system management, where I collaborated with technology and operations teams to ensure calls were directed efficiently and equitably. This work played a critical role in reducing wait times and connecting customers with the right resources at the right moment.
Day to day, I focused on short-term forecasting and intraday monitoring, using historical patterns while removing anomalies to build forecasts that were both realistic and actionable. By identifying trends early and responding to real-time changes, I enabled the business to adapt quickly, maintaining performance even during unexpected fluctuations in volume.
Through this combination of planning, execution, and collaboration, I contributed to a division that consistently delivered on its service promises. My role required a balance of analytical skill, problem-solving, and proactive communication—and it gave me the opportunity to make a measurable difference in both operational results and customer outcomes.
